Where permitted by applicable law and required for specific roles, LBS may conduct background verification activities as part of the recruitment or hiring process.

Where required by law, candidates will be notified and consent will be obtained before conducting background checks.

We retain candidate data for six (6) months after submission. After this period, we securely delete your personal data unless we are legally required to retain it for a longer duration.

If you request deletion of your data before the six-month retention period ends, we will comply unless legal obligations require us to retain specific records.
