Core Responsibilities
- Provide accurate consecutive interpretation between Mandarin and English.
- Facilitate medical, insurance, customer service, and general conversations.
- Preserve the meaning and intent of the original message without additions or omissions.
- Maintain professional neutrality and cultural sensitivity.
- Use appropriate terminology for each assignment.
- Follow client-specific interpretation procedures.
- Protect confidential and sensitive information.
- Maintain professional call-handling standards.
- Meet attendance, quality, and performance expectations.
- Report technical issues or interpretation concerns promptly.

Required Qualifications
Language & Communication
- English proficiency at C2 level is required.
- Native or near-native fluency in Mandarin.
- Strong verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Ability to convey information clearly and accurately.
- Professional communication and listening skills.
Technical & Environment
- Stable high-speed internet connection.
- Quiet and secure professional workspace.

- Client-specific training and quality preparation.
- Final assessment and approval for production.
Training and onboarding are structured to ensure compliance with client standards and operational procedures.
